About us





Elemental Jewellery is an Auckland based studio, where designer Rosie Carson creates unique, contemporary jewellery designs. The focus of her work is to create sculptural, modernist-inspired jewellery, using semi-precious gemstones and both precious and base metals.


All pieces are made by hand, from cutting and shaping the metal, to hand-forming the wire rivets that hold gems in place, to finally sanding and polishing the piece. With growing experience in lapidary, Rosie also offers the option of using hand-collected stones from around New Zealand, these are cut and polished by her, in addition to the silversmithing portion of the final piece.

Rosie's aim is to create pieces that have a unique simplicity, are scultptural yet wearable and that have a strongh connection to place and memory.
